Dr. Charlene Reid is the founder and Head Practitioner of Easy Dental Care, with offices in Grand Bahama, Exuma, Nassau and coming soon to Abaco.
In 2003, she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Havana’s Dental Faculty in Havana, Cuba. She is fluent in Spanish and can converse in French.

With over 14 years experience working in private practice in the Caribbean, she has a keen interest in minimally invasive, cosmetic and advanced dentistry and practices all aspects of modern dentistry. She is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Alisha Sands is an accomplished dental professional with over a decade of experience in general, pediatric, and periodontal dentistry. She began her journey as a dental assistant and has since earned a degree in dental hygiene from the prestigious Miami Dade College. Alisha is passionate about dental health care and goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients receive the highest level of care possible.
Dedicated to promoting smiles and optimal oral health, Nicquay Lindo is an accomplished dental hygienist with a proven track record in delivering compassionate care. With years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to every patient interaction. Nicquay earned her Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Caribbean University where she developed a strong foundation in dental science, preventive care, and patient education. She is a licensed dental hygienist, maintaining compliance with all regulations. Nicquay is not just a dental hygienist; she is a healthcare professional who values building lasting relationships with patients. Toni-Marie studied and graduated from The University of Technology in Kingston Jamaica. Where she was able to learn from a global melting pot of dental healthcare professionals in their respective Dental Fields. They were able to leave an indelible mark on how she wanted to execute each session with her patients.
Toni-Marie has over 9 years experience as a dental hygienist and loves for her patients to enjoy their visits. She would like for her patients to view their personal oral health as a priority as opposed to a chore or checklist item.
Dr. Joi Rolle, a native of Freeport, Grand Bahama has known since the tender age of 12 years old that she wanted to be a dentist. In pursuit of what she considers her dream career upon completing high school at Bishop Michael Eldon, she went on to earn a BSc. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She then attended The University of West Indies at St Augustine, Trinidad &Tobago where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed her vocational training at the UW School of Dentistry.
When this lover of the great outdoors is not working, she enjoys hiking, watersports, traveling, gardening, learning about new sciences. She especially enjoys quality time with family and friends. Most recently Dr. Rolle has developed a fascinating new interest—Astronomy.
